This kit provides on the spot general screening that detects pathogenic contamination directly from a food product, whether it be in the field, in the packaging plant, or in food preparation settings. QuikAlert detects gram negative bacteria. Custom kits can be made to detect specific bacteria or specific detection level per the customer’s request, please contact VEI if you have such a request.
